The Registration and Consent & Release Forms for Winterfest 2018 are below. The dates are March 2-4, 2018 and we'll have the same set-up as last year at Canaan Valley Resort. Prices will also remain the same. We have reserved four cabins for the weekend and Chapters/Assemblies will be responsible for bringing their own food. If there are any issues with this, please let me know and we can make other arrangements. The registration deadline is February 16, 2018...but the sooner you get registered the better.
